Some people believe that adolescents out to be required to do some voluntary work to help the community. In my opinion, voluntary work of young people can bring about more problems for the community and people compared to benefits it might bring.

Admittedly, there are some minor benefits of voluntary work done by teenagers. Firstly, involving adolescents to help will probably boost the economy of the community. This will save significant amount of money for the community and will avoid spending for hiring additional workforce. For instance, in many villages many children are involved in crop mining activities to help their families which of a great importance for their finances. Secondly, appointing teenagers to help the community and people by doing voluntary work will increase the production process. By increasing the quantity of goods to be produced they will probably boost the financial situation.

Nevertheless, despite the advantages above, I believe it voluntary work by young people may have some serious drawbacks for the community and individuals. One potentially dangerous is that this will lead the adolescents of community to lose interest in education and schools. Taking into account the importance of education for their future and for the community as well, this will divert them into a different direction. Another pressing issue is that, including young people in unpaid activities could probably create some health risks. In other words, community and individuals will be responsible if any damage or life-threatening risks occur. For instance, in many societies it is illegal to include young people in voluntary work who are under 18.

In conclusion, despite the above advantages of voluntary work by adolescents, I am inclined to believe the advantages of voluntary work far outweigh the disadvantages.
