Mistake 2: Using Too Many Fillers

Tip: When you speak, take your time to express yourself clearly. Pause to organise your thoughts instead of using filler words like "um" or "uh." 

Wrong Example:

What do you do during the week?

During, umm, weekdays, I, uh, typically, like, wake up early, exercise, um, work on tasks, attend classes, and, you know, wind down with, uh, leisure activities in the evening.

Correct Example:

What do you do during the week?

During weekdays, I typically wake up early, exercise, work on tasks, attend classes, and wind down with leisure activities in the evening.
