It is an auto-generated letter that is sent to candidates to certify that they can proceed with their permanent residency application.

To receive an ITA, you must have a high CRS Express Entry pool score which is calculated based on education, age, language skills, work experience, etc.

What to do after getting an ITA?
After getting an ITA, you must complete the permanent residency application form within 60 days of receiving it.
