Section 1 is a conversation between Rachel and Cesar discussing a field trip for the following week.
Section 2 is an extract from a radio programme called ‘Consumer’s Choice’ which gives advice to consumers on how to make complaints.
Section 3 is a conversation between Dr. Richardson and a student discussing the requirements of a course and the writing of an essay.
Section 4 is an extract from a students presentation about computer viruses.
