Reiterate: (Verb) /riˈɪtəreɪt/
Definition:
(formal) to repeat a statement or opinion in order to make your meaning as clear as possible

For IELTS Speaking:
“Graham came to San Francisco a week ago and reiterated his belief that homosexuality is a sin.”
