Candidates who gold experience in any of the in-demand occupations of Saskatchewan and have scored high enough on the SINP Points Assessment Grid can submit the Expression of Interest to be regarded for the stream.
OBJECTIVE
This stream is designed for such candidates with competitive profiles who have been nominated to submit an official application for the Permanent Residence (PR) status of Canada.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have the following qualifications in order to be considered for this program:

Saskatchewan Employment Offer
OBJECTIVE
It is intended for those candidates who have a valid employment offer from a Saskatchewan employer. It invites them to submit an official application for PR in Canada. Also, the candidate should have a high enough score on the SINP Points Assessment Grid to submit an application to this stream.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- A valid job offer is a must
- CLB 4 in language proficiency
- 1 year of work experience in NOC 0, A, or B or Designated Trade
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- The employment offer should be supported by a Letter of Offer from the employer along with a Job Approval Letter from SINP.
- Candidates should meet the requirements of settlement funds as established by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
Employers must meet the following requirements:
- To provide a job approval letter, the employer of the candidate should register online through the SINP Online Portal.
Saskatchewan Express Entry
OBJECTIVE
Candidates who are nominated successfully through this stream will be invited to submit an official application for Canadian Permanent Residence. Only the ones with the most competitive profiles will get the invitation.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have the following qualifications in order to be considered for this program:
- An express entry profile is necessary
- 1 year of post-secondary education level
- 1 year of work experience at NOC level A, B or 0
Candidates are required to fulfill the following criteria:
- Must register in the federal express entry pool
- Should be eligible for at least one out of three federal economic programs
- Must meet the requirements of settlement funds as established by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
