To book your IELTS exam, you will need a valid form of identification, such as a passport. A clear copy of this ID must be uploaded when you register and brought to the test center on test day. If you're under 18, written consent from a parent or guardian is required.

Can I reschedule or cancel my IELTS exam after booking?

Yes, you can reschedule your IELTS exam up to 15 days before the test date, subject to availability and a rescheduling fee. For cancellations, you’ll receive a partial refund if you cancel more than 15 days before the test date. No refund is issued for cancellations within 15 days of the exam.

What happens after I book my IELTS exam?

After completing your IELTS exam booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your test details, including the test center address, test date, and time. Review this email carefully to ensure all details are accurate.

Is it possible to cancel my IELTS exam and get a refund?

You can cancel your IELTS tests up to five weeks before the test date for PBT IELTS, and if you have opted for the CBT, you can cancel the IELTS test up to three weeks before the test date. Any cancellation or refund request received within five weeks or three weeks of the IELTS exam date will not be accepted, and no refund will be applicable.

If you fail to appear for the test on the scheduled date without prior intimation, the candidate will be marked as a 'no show .’ The fees will not be refunded. In some exceptional cases, where the candidate provides evidence or justification within five days that his ability to sit for the test has been affected by severe illness or cause, 25% of the administrative fee will be refunded.
