New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP)

• Fulfill all prerequisites for the Express Entry program.
• In a French or English language test, you must get a score of at least 7 NCLC/CLB.
• A high school diploma is required.
• Prior job experience of at least one year is required.
• It is necessary to show proof of settlement funds.

• A full-time employment letter from an employer who has met all the general requirements.
• Should be able to demonstrate proficiency in French or English with an NCLC/CLB 4 or higher.
• Candidates who are between the ages of 19 and 55 are given priority.
• A minimum of one year of prior job experience within the last five years is required.

• Should have unique skills to contribute to the province’s economy.
• Individuals between the age of 22 to 50 are given more preference.
• Must be able to demonstrate their English/French language proficiency with a CLB/NCLC score of 4 or higher.
• Should be a close relative of the person already residing in the province.
• Must be willing to settle in the province permanently.
• Have the required work skills in NOC skill level A, B, C or O.
• Should have the required settlement funds.

• Should have a valid offer letter from an eligible employer situated in New Brunswick.
• Must be able to demonstrate their English/French language proficiency with a CLB/NCLC score of 4 or higher.
• Must ensure that all the eligibility conditions are fulfilled, such as age, language, education, past work experience, and many more.

• Have intentions to settle in New Brunswick.
• Candidates must have worked for at least 2 years in the past 5 years.
• A full-time job offer of one year is required.
• Candidates must have a valid New Brunswick driver’s license.

(Note: The authorities temporarily halted this initiative in October 2018. However, the authorities have not given a specific explanation for the program’s suspension.)

• Should own 1/3rd of the business.
• Before enrolling in the program, you must have completed a 5-day exploratory visit.
• Language fluency in French/English with NCLC/CLB 5 or higher is required.
• A minimum of two years of post-secondary study is required.
• A net worth of at least 600,000 Canadian dollars is required. (3000 Canadian dollars must be liquid.)
• Preference is given to applicants between the ages of 22 and 55.
• Should be willing to invest 250,000 Canadian dollars.
• The company must create at least two jobs.
• A business plan is required to be submitted along with the application.
• Within 90 days of getting an ITA, submit a New Worth Verification Report.

• Since this program is aligned with the Express Entry program, applicants must fulfill all the Express Entry requirements.
• A valid employment letter with a working position in NOC 0, A, or B occupation.
• In a French or English language test, you must get a score of at least 7 NCLC/CLB.
• A valid work permit is required.
• A Canadian high school diploma or ECA is required.

• Candidates are required to demonstrate that they intend to settle in New Brunswick permanently.
• Should have at least one year of experience running a business in the province.
• In a French or English language test, you must get a score of at least 7 NCLC/CLB.
• It is required that you have completed a post-secondary degree.

• Candidates must meet all of the program’s eligibility standards in order to be considered for this program.
