New Brunswick immigration – Programs for Immigrants

Applicants must be willing to permanently live in the province and contribute to its growing economy.

Applicants must meet the Express Entry program standards in order to be considered for this program.

This program operates on an Expression of Interest (EOI) mechanism, and it will only accept EOIs from those who fulfil some criteria that are independent from the stream’s qualifying requirements.

Those interested in applying for this program must have a high net worth and own or be willing to invest in a new business.

To be eligible for this program, individuals must intend to settle in Nova Scotia and complete the program’s other requirements.

• Complete the Express Entry program’s requirements.
• You must get a score of at least 7 NCLC/CLB on a French or English language test.
• It is necessary to have a high school diploma.
• A minimum of one year of prior work experience is necessary.
• Proof of settlement funds.

• Employment letter from employer located in New Brunswick province.
• With an NCLC/CLB 4 or above, you should be able to demonstrate competency in French or English.
• Priority is given to candidates between the ages of 19 and 55.
• A minimum of one year of prior work experience is necessary within the last five years.

• Have plans to relocate to New Brunswick.
• A minimum of 2 years of prior work experience is necessary within the last five years.
• A one-year full-time work offer is essential.
• Candidates must have a valid driver’s licence from the province of New Brunswick.

• 1/3rd of the business ownership is required.
• You must have completed a 5-day exploratory visit before enrolling in the program.
• It is necessary to have fluency in French and English with an NCLC/CLB of 5 or above.
• It is necessary to have completed at least two years of post-secondary education.
• It is necessary to have a net worth of at least 600,000 Canadian dollars. (3000 dollars in Canadian currency must be liquid.)
• Applicants between the ages of 22 and 55 are given priority.
• Should be willing to put down $250,000 in Canadian currency.
• At least two jobs must be created by the firm.
• A business plan is required to be submitted along with the application.
• Submit a New Worth Verification Report within 90 days of receiving an ITA.

• Because this program is linked to Express Entry, candidates must meet all of the Express Entry criteria.
• Should be currently living and working in the province.
• A valid employment letter stating that you are employed in a NOC 0, A, or B occupation.
• You must get a score of at least 7 NCLC/CLB on a French or English language test.
• It is necessary to have a valid work permit.
• It is necessary to have a Canadian high school diploma or an ECA.

• Candidates must show that they want to stay in New Brunswick permanently.
• At least one year of experience running a business in the province is required.
• You must get a score of at least 7 NCLC/CLB on a French or English language test.
• You must have earned a post-secondary degree to apply.

• In order to be considered for this program, candidates must fulfil all of the AIPP program’s eligibility requirements.
