PROGRAM	PURPOSE	REQUIREMENTS
Saskatchewan Express Entry via Saskatchewan International Skilled Worker Program	It is for skilled workers with the necessary education and experience who seek to come to Saskatchewan under the Express Entry program.	Required to create an Express Entry profile and meet its qualifying requirements. Need to score at least 60 points in the SINP points grid. Required to demonstrate English or French language proficiency skills with CLB/NCLC 7 or above. Required to comply with minimum education level requirements. Apart from the requirements mentioned above, applicants should have job experience in fields that are in demand in the province. Must be able to demonstrate the necessary settlement funds.
Saskatchewan Employment Offer via Saskatchewan International Skilled Worker Program	It is for skilled workers who have received a job offer from a Saskatchewan firm and desire to settle in the province as a permanent resident.	Required to score at least 60 points in the SINP points grid. Should have a minimum of 1 year of experience gained in the past 10 years. Should be able to demonstrate English or French language proficiency skills with minimum CLB/NCLC 4. Must have a valid offer letter.
Saskatchewan In-Demand Occupations via Saskatchewan International Skilled Worker Program	This program is for skilled immigrants who meet the eligibility standards and have work experience in a high-demand occupation in the province.	Must have job experience in occupations that are in demand in Saskatchewan. A score of 60 out of 100 needs to be scored under the SINP point system grid. Need to demonstrate English or French language proficiency skills with minimum CLB/NCLC 4 or higher. Should have completed post-secondary education with a diploma, degree or certificate. Might be required to provide proof of Professional Status or of eligibility for licensure. Need to demonstrate settlement funds proof.
Saskatchewan Existing Work Permit via Saskatchewan Experience Program	This program is for those with a valid work visa and who have worked in the province for at least six months and now want to stay in the province permanently.	A valid work permit is necessary. Required to have a full-time job offer from Saskatchewan employer. Must demonstrate English or French language skills proficiency with minimum CLB/NCLC 4 or above. Must have a valid offer letter. Required to have a minimum of 6 months of prior working experience in the province. Proof of eligibility for licensure is required.
Saskatchewan Health Professionals via Saskatchewan Experience Program	It is for physicians, nurses or other health care workers who have worked for at least six months in Saskatchewan and now wish to become permanent residents.	Must have a job offer. Required to have a valid work permit. Should have a valid SINP job approval letter. Must comply with education level requirements. Required to fulfill other prerequisites.
Saskatchewan Hospitality Sector Project via Saskatchewan Experience Program	Food and beverage servers, food counter attendants, kitchen helpers or housekeeping and cleaning staff in Saskatchewan can utilize this program to become permanent residents. These applicants must, however, have at least 6 months of job experience in the province.	Should have a valid work permit in one of the hospitality-related jobs. Must have gained at least 6 months of working experience in the province. Must have a valid full time offer letter. Should have graduated from high school. Required to demonstrate French or English language skills requirements with NCLC/CLB 4 or higher.
Saskatchewan Long-Haul Truck Driver Project via Saskatchewan Experience Program	Truck drivers who have worked for at least 6 months with Saskatchewan employers can apply for PR through this program.	Must meet the French or English language skills requirements with NCLC/CLB 4 or higher. Should have a valid SINP job approval letter. Must have a Saskatchewan Class 1A driver’s license. Need to have at least 6 months of working experience with a Saskatchewan employer. A valid job offer is a must.
Saskatchewan Students via Saskatchewan Experience Program	This program allows students who have completed their post-secondary graduation from anywhere in Canada and have at least 24 months of work experience in Saskatchewan or have graduated from a Saskatchewan university and worked in the province for less than 6 months to seek permanent residency. .	Must have graduated with a certificate, diploma, or degree from any international or Saskatchewan university/college. Required to meet the French or English language skills requirements with NCLC/CLB 4 or above. Should have a post-graduate work permit. Required to have obtained a full-time offer letter. Must have a valid SINP job approval letter.
Saskatchewan Entrepreneur via Saskatchewan Entrepreneur and Farm Program	This program is for individuals who wish to establish their own business or intend to purchase a running business in the province.	Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an entrepreneur, gained in the last 10 years. Required to invest a minimum of 300,000 Canadian dollars. Must submit a business established plan. Should own 1/3rd of the business. Must create 2 full time job offers for Canadian citizens or permanent residents. Must intend to settle in the province. Required to sign a business performance agreement.
Saskatchewan Farm Owners and Operators via Saskatchewan Entrepreneur and Farm Program	It is for experienced farm owners who have large capital and intend to invest in the farming operations of Saskatchewan.	Required to have relevant farm operation knowledge and experience. Should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as farm owner or a farm manager. They should have the required education, experience and capabilities to show that they can generate enough agricultural income to survive in province

What is the process of applying for the SINP program?

The SINP is an immigration program that allows non-Canadians to settle in the province. Individuals must be nominated by the province for permanent residency in order to be eligible to settle in the province. In some situations, you may be required to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) as a “pre-application”. The top scorers will be asked to apply for PR on the SINP website.
