When we ponder about a handsome man, the names of some famous Hollywood actors come to our minds. So, naturally, it is challenging to come out of that mindset when describing an attractive man, just as it is difficult for me now.

However, I want to talk about the handsome person today, who is none other than my cousin. My cousin is in his early 30s and is more than nine years older than me. Even though he is older than me, we have a special relationship since we treat each other like real friends and natural brothers. I do not consider a person handsome just because he has a flat belly with a considerable height and has some cleanly trimmed dark hair. The quality that attracts me most about him is that he always likes to carry himself as an honest and sanguine person.

Nevertheless, I have known this person for the last 21 years, but seldom have I seen him without a happy face. Besides, he is very diligent and I hardly see him indulging in unproductive things. He is barely 5’11” tall, with a slightly fairer complexion, but has curious eyes which always radiate with some “intelligence”.

Well, I think my cousin certainly is appealing, mainly due to the reason that he knows exactly how to maintain himself like a phlegmatic person and be a perfect gentleman. What makes him even more “handsome”, in my view, is that he hardly ever looks anxious or worried, even when facing real difficulties in life.

When we think or talk about a beautiful person, the names of some famous Hollywood actors come to our mind. However, when it comes to the most beautiful person, I would like to talk about my mother.

My mother’s name is Anju Purwar, and she is in her forties now, but she could simply pass for twenty-five. She loves her family very much and has been benevolent towards her family for now. She and I have had a very intimate bonding since my birth. Though I am not the only child to her, she loves me much, being the youngest one. She is well educated and has completed her Bachelor of Arts in Hindi. She left her job as a teacher a couple of years ago and became a full-fledged homemaker. She has a distinctive cooking style, and she can cook different sorts of traditional foods that are so delectable that they can easily make one’s mouth water.

She has many distinctive and remarkable qualities in her despite being so beguiling. She is always very solicitous about her health and skin. She is more into homemade cures for stomach aches or acne. It’s the secret to her cherubic skin. Almost everyone loves her for her altruistic nature. She has managed everything so fluently and made everything so easy for us. She is beautiful inside and out.

• Is it to easy become beautiful?

Answer: I really believe that beauty should be more about a person’s inner beauty and persona than his/her looks. So in this respect, it is about doing good deeds and succoring others. This sounds easy but it is really arduous.

• The disadvantages of being beautiful?

Answer: The biggest disadvantage of being beautiful is the unwanted attention a person receives. Sometimes, it is too much and a person might get very self-conscious about their looks. Also, there is a common fallacy that beautiful people are not perspicacious.

They have to work extra hard to prove their talents.

• Does someone face a lot of pressure if they are beautiful?

I think it depends on the person. Some people handle all the stress and pressure so gracefully that they don’t get bothered much about the attention they get because of their confidence.

Some may not be able to handle the attention they get and may get self-conscious easily then.

• Is looking beautiful a good thing or a bad thing?

Well, there is the harm in being beautiful, but I also feel that it is the inner beauty that ultimately matters. Having a beautiful heart is better than having amiable looks. Outward beauty remains of no value if the person is unchivalrous and has no empathy for others.

• Should clothe selling companies hire beautiful models? Why?

Companies want to sell their products and beautiful models can make their clothes look very good but it really doesn’t matter. We are not buying such products or clothes because the model wearing them looks great. Many of the reputed brands don’t follow such status quo.
