Sample Answer
At times, our plans and thoughts come to a screeching halt and there are many determiners for that. Weather is one such sturdy determiner that can subsiege the good or bad plans. A time when the weather threw my peregrination trips down the drain was when my friends and I thought of going on a vacation to a nearby hill station and we all were very sprighty about it. However, the weather thwarted us midway and our plans were severely abrogated.
So, after leaving our city, we reached our hotel, which we booked in advance for all five of us and had a whole itinerary with us. It would help us not to dissipate our time needlessly deciding and confabulating where we should make headway. However, the next day when we were actually about to bring our plans to reality, a massive thunderstorm along with heavy rain began. The weather forecast suggested that the downpour would last for almost three days, though the thunderstorm would soon be palliated.
Now, in heavy rain, it is evident that we would not be able to go out and carry out our plans, especially, it is even more precarious in hill stations. Therefore, we kept on praying for the showers to go away so that we may do what we went there for. Alas! The rain lasted for as many days as it was presaged and we came back to our city after staying at the hotels for five days as if we went there to stay in that hotel. It was one of the worst trips of my life.

Part 3 Questions
Where can people get weather reports?
Weather reports are often broadcasted on news channels. Nowadays, even some apps, websites and even search engines augur the weather reports.
How do weather reports affect people’s lives?
Weather reports decide the fate of a lot of activities. For instance, if we plan to go for an excursion, rain could ruin the plans. Also, weather forecasts can prognosticate the weather of a particular day well in advance and in that way, it becomes a lot easier for us to determine our plans for the day and whether to execute our agendas or not.
What do people do on rainy days and sunny days?
Well, that depends upon the intensity of the weather. However, considering the weather is rainy, people might want to enjoy the drizzle or munch on some snacks like corn on a rainy day, while people might want to go out on a short drive on a pleasantly sunny day or bask in the sun.
Has climate change affected your country?
Well, the climate has been going haywire in recent years in my country. It seems as though the word ‘balance’ has lost its true meaning. The most unexpected weather comes to the fore when it is highly unlikely to come. I believe humans are culpable in this regard.
Does the weather affect your mood?
I guess yes, it does. To illustrate, I might not want to step out of my home when it is too sunny to handle and this way, I get irksome and tetchy as I might not execute some crucial actions. Also, pleasant weather generally casts a soothing effect on people’s minds, including mine.
