Sample Answer 1
To be honest, our neighbourhood is well maintained and the people are very cooperative. But, one change that can ensure better possibilities is the building of a park or an open space where young people can play in the afternoon and elders can participate in various cheerful workouts in their leisure.

There is a large field at the end of our locality, one part of which is used to dump garbage and the other part is rarely used by people to go for a walk due to awful smell. As a result, many neighbours suspect misanthropic activities are taking place there. So, if the elders make a petition to the municipal authorities to prevent dumping garbage in the area and take some steps to embellish it, then the local area will benefit a lot from the transformation.
The municipality has been approached with this petition and the review is under process. If this change is made, it will change the locality for good. Complaints of anti-social activities will be prevented. The rancid smell that permeates the air in the whole area will diminish and it will also prevent the spread of diseases.
As aforementioned, the space, if adequately put into use, will help each individual of the society. The children will get a playground and not have to go to other places to play. The elders will get a space to exercise or involve in various activities that will keep them mentally and physically healthy. Furthermore, different festivities can be arranged in the space such that every household can participate, thereby creating a spirit of fellow-feeling.

Sample Answer 2
My locality has developed rapidly in a short time. However, the roads are not well constructed. The roads are made of brick and need to be changed to pitch roads so that the vehicles can pass easily. Various important constructions and housing complexes have risen and developed slowly and rapidly. Thus, it becomes more of a necessity now.
Like the world has emerged and grown, our locality is also developing at its own pace. Many of the houses are sold to the promoters and built into flats. So the problem of load shedding has decreased to nil. But, the difficulty of heavy vehicles to travel down the road has increased and thus, they have to take longer routes, which takes a lot of energy and time. So to save time, it is easier to drive on well-pitched roads.
If the necessary steps are taken, the problem for heavy vehicles will be reduced. Similarly, a road with well-lit lamps and light posts are safer for people, especially women and children. I am emphasizing this point because women’s safety is critical as crime rates are always more prone to dark and shady places. To avoid all these problems, the people residing in my locality have appealed to the municipality for the construction of a pitch road.
Our locality has improved in every aspect. Complexes have been built and malls and stores are a walking distance. But with all this modernisation, one significant aspect that binds it all is the road. Thus, rebuilding the road will help our locality too.
