Many leaders in our nation have managed to separate themselves from the herd of politicians who are typically crooked, money-driven, and only serve their self-interest. Manish Sisodia, the Deputy Chief Minister of the Government of Delhi under the Indian government, is one of these leaders.

There are numerous reasons why I believe he is more than a politician; I believe he is a great leader who genuinely wants to make a difference in society, but the most significant one is that he is always willing to embrace creativity and innovation. He is not averse to beneficial systemic changes. He is now striving to promote the value of education to India’s lower-middle-class youngsters, which would be extremely useful to people in the coming years. Sisodia was a social activist and writer before being elected to the Delhi Legislative Assembly in December 2013. He is a founding member of the Aam Aadmi Party and the Aam Aadmi Party’s National Executive Committee.

He is 50 years old, but the energy and enthusiasm with which he conducts his work are simply unrivalled; he has changed the face of education; when parents were unwilling to send their children to school and provide them with an education, he made great efforts and assured people of the importance of education and the facilities provided by government schools.

Many initiatives have taken place inside the classrooms under Sisodia’s leadership. The learning deficit has been greatly reduced because of advanced teacher training modules that encourage educators to focus on learning outcomes. Manish Sisodia has demonstrated honesty, selflessness, humility, and a strong value system, distinguishing him from a wonderful leader and an even greater human being.

A leader is an inspirational charm for society. Legendary and visionary leaders define the fortune of a country. Here, I’d like to talk about my favourite leader, he’s a role model to everyone and is more than ‘just’ a leader! He is none other than Dr Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam, the missile man of India. Initially, he was a great scientist, after which he became the 11th president of India. He had contributed a lot to India’s development, and he was a part of the Indian Space and Research organization. He has also been honoured with the highest civilization awards for his dedication and hard work. After completing his tenure as the president, he became a professor and encouraged children to dream big, to have a goal and achieve it. By reading his book “Wings of fire”, I understood that he was a very down-to-earth person with a reservoir of knowledge. He believed that education is the key to the progress of a nation. He has inspired the young generation of India through his life, career, and works. He lived as an example of hard work, resilience and a positive attitude. In my view, he taught us how honesty is the easiest thing we can practise in order to be happy, successful and fulfilled.
