Sample Answer 1
From my childhood days, I have been a voracious reader who is mostly interested in fiction. Unlike other kids of my age who wanted chocolates and toys, my only demand to my parents was to buy me storybooks and magazines, especially while travelling. One of the popular ones that I follow even today is Reader’s Digest.

While copies of the US edition of Reader’s Digest were launched in 1922 and were available in India right from the early days, it was in January 1954 that Digest’s British company launched the first Indian edition. Since then, its circulation has risen steadily, beginning with a price of Rs. 1.50 only. Now it is part of the India Today group with 100 million readers worldwide. The editorial message aims to inform, enrich, inspire and entertain its faithful readers with an interesting mix of crime stories, adventure stories, stories about “everyday heroes”, puzzles, etc.
I like the fact that behind the fun and humorous cartoons and attractions, the editors and content never lose sight of the fact that each one of us is facing the demanding world on a daily basis. As a result, the magazine is renowned for publishing gripping, real-life stories that motivate its readers. Published in 48 editions and 19 languages, I hope it continues to be one of the world’s most wanted magazines as people need to be aware of reality while enjoying a few moments of levity.

Sample Answer 2
I mainly read fashion magazines and newspapers. Among them, my favorite magazine is Vogue.
Vogue is an American monthly fashion and lifestyle magazine. It includes editorials, different fashion trends, lifestyle, culture, traditions, information about various designers with runways. It uses a simple page layout with alignment, which attracts viewers attraction to read the articles. The image they use in the content is the latest and of high quality, with the background removed. In the magazine, diverse, bright colors are used with different fonts like bold, sans serif, the masthead, and neutral fonts to represent the emotions and feelings. There are lots of multi-column grids with images of fashion walks. Every month, it has diverse topics with diverged trendy content about fashion, culture, and costumes. There are segments for different countries like India, America, British, Paris, Italy and it is the most distinguished magazine with modern fashion trends.
I like to read Vogue because I am a fashion student. The content helps gain knowledge about the latest fashion. There are different fashion walks with picture credits of photographers and dates, which help understand events better. Some pages are aligned formally, and others are formatted informally to bring the reader’s attention to every corner of the book. I’m eager to buy a monthly vogue issue with one bonus story. The bonus weekly Vogue storybooks are hilarious to read.
