Sample Answer 1
Many people have a range of interests; some do it for enjoyment, while others do so to avoid boredom or become more well-rounded. Chetna, my younger sister, has a hobby that I find fascinating, which is making things out of discarded materials. She is a brilliant and creative individual with a unique skill that has landed her on the front pages of our local magazine on several occasions.
She has already constructed a milk carton birdhouse, popsicle stick bookmarks, an ombre spoon vase, tin-can chimes, ice cream stick toy fighter jet, tin can lanterns, and many more items. She has created a room full of objects and has even taken the initiative to recycle our society’s trash into attractive objects. She had a few other interests that I noted at different times, such as painting and stamp collecting, but I never found her as enthralled with them as I did with this one.
She once informed me that when she would be around 26 years old, she would make a Guinness record for the hobby. I’m not sure if it will be accomplished, but she is very passionate about doing something exceptional and chose this pastime. She has also started doing workshops where she teaches young children how to make intriguing objects out of the trash they find around them.
I’ve thought about her fondness numerous times, and I admire it. It helps her learn about methods to conserve the environment and recycle waste. However, I would not be interested in having the same hobby like her. To begin with, embracing this interest would place me in a situation where others would believe I was merely copying my sister’s notion. However, I see that global trash is a major issue and that by launching this project, we can make the world a better place to live. As a result, I occasionally volunteer to work and educate youngsters about the necessity of recycling.

For sure, hobbies are one such thing that can make life more comfortable, interesting and easier. Almost everybody, across the world, has some hobbies that help them feel more productive and energized. A hobby is also effective for a stout mental health.
As far as my family is concerned, my sister, Pari, is a bookworm. She is intrigued by books and has a massive collection of novels in every genre. Since she is an old-school person, she prefers buying hardcopies and collecting the same. Her passion for imagination is so strong that she also has a mini library built in her room. By now, her collection has gone beyond the number that can be accommodated in the bookshelf. Thus, she has secured a corner where she has stacked all of the extra books.

Her love for books started at an early age. Back then, she used to read comics. With mental development, she moved toward reading fiction and non-fiction novels. Today, she has an enriched collection that includes books on varying subjects, including history, middle-age plays, science fiction, horror, comics, and much more.
During her free time, you will find her nowhere but at some corner of the house, with a book in her lap, and engrossed in the words. Out of curiosity, I once asked her why she loved reading so many books. And, she answered that they help her escape from the grave reality. In my opinion, that was a practical and deep answer. My interests keep changing quickly; thus, I don’t think I would enjoy reading as much as she does.
