You would like to buy some electrical goods at a shop in a nearby town.

Write a letter to the shop and

Ask if they have the things you want or whether they will be able to order them.

Ask what the prices are

And how long they will be able to hold the goods for you.

Write at least 150 words.

Sample answer

Dear sir/mam,
I shifted to this city not long ago and the place that was suggested to me to shop for the electrical appliances was yours. I must say I was utterly contented with all the items I bought prior and wish to purchase other items from your shop, as well.

I am looking for four ceiling fans, a geyser, three tube lights, an air conditioner, a refrigerator, and a couple of LED bulbs. Apart from that, I will be needing an oven and two exhaust fans for my kitchen and washroom. Please let me know the availability of these items or the contingency of ordering them till the next month as I am really interested in buying them from your shop.

I would really appreciate it if you could give me a rough estimate of the prices of these items individually and collectively. Also, kindly let me know the time frame you can hold the aforementioned items for me.
