Sample Answer 1
Earlier people in our country used to participate in or come up with various engaging activities to engage them during their leisure. Mostly, they used to play a sport, gossip with each other, eat out or travel to places. But now, with the advent of videos and movies on various online platforms, video streaming and binge-watching shows have become a favoured pastime.

As cell phones or laptops are available at reasonable prices, everyone owns them and can appreciate multitudes of shows, according to their preference, from anywhere and anytime. After a busy day of work at the office or monotonous home chores, people take a break and can avail themselves of this activity.
Due to overwhelming competition in the job market or among companies, most people do not have enough time to indulge in outdoor activities. Some people are too lazy to go outside as it requires hard work. However, video streaming, either on Youtube or movies, shows or documentaries on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and similar portals do not require any planning, moving out, or hard work. One can just lay on a bed or sofa or find a suitable corner and have internet connectivity to watch a show. Furthermore, these channels have subscriptions that can be shared on various devices. So, the cost that might also be incurred becomes minimal.
The only thing I like about it is that I get to watch different kinds of shows in a single place without breaks or advertisements. I can choose according to my choice, watch it later, and even download it and enjoy it on offline mode on a flight. But there are many things that I do not like about it, like it makes a person lazy as they avoid outdoor activities. Moreover, video streaming is very addictive, and many people prefer it more than talking to people in front of them. Additionally, I enjoy going out with friends and watching movies on a larger screen with 3D effects, which are not possible on a small phone screen or a laptop.

Sample Answer 2
In my country, people get involved in several leisure activities to enjoy their time with friends and families. “Sports” always binds people together. On such a note, the leisure activity or sport which is widely popular in our country is Football.
People, especially kids, do not need nets and trimmed playgrounds to play the game. The game is an emotion for them. Playing on the muddy ground on a rainy day can give you chills. The Kolkata derby has always been the greatest in the world, with the El Classico being equally famous. The clash between Ronaldo and Messi, the two most outstanding of the same generation, has its perk. Sunil Chhetri, Anirudh Thapa, Adil Khan and many others are few other popular personalities who have paved the way to Asian Cup.
Football is the type of game where people can sit for 90 minutes without assumption. The excitement from minute 1 to min 90 remains absolutely the same. It needs no prior planning except for the formations. People sit there and pitch for their favourite team and hope to win. Many colleges and schools hold football tournaments for entertainment too.
Football is an emotion, even to me. This is the sport where you can fight like cats and dogs for pitching for your respective team or play for it. But, at the end of the day, you all will be ending it on a happy note. That is the beauty of the game that binds people together as one. They might have differences of opinion, but the love for the game is eternal.
