Hello Will,

This is going to come as a surprise buddy, but your India visit plans need a change.

I am feeling a bit down and want to express from bottom of my heart how sorry I am for causing you to alter your travel dates. I should have planned it out better to avoid this chaos.

I don’t like excuses, but I will not be able to make it during Feb 1st week because my manager asked me to attend a meeting the same week. I will fly on the same day you were to arrive. I am to present a seminar, about the new product our company’s launching in the upcoming month. Unfortunately, the conference is for seven days in Banglore.

Let’s plan your visit during the summer holidays in March.
. We could also plan a road trip to Kerala, striking a place from your must-visit list.

Anyways, let me know if you think otherwise about the dates. Whenever it is, I promise you we will have a wonderful time together and make some lifetime memories.
