Dear Sam,
How have you been? It’s been a while since we last met. I hope everything is going well at your end.
The reason for my letter is to invite you to a house-warming party I’m organizing next Saturday to celebrate my new apartment. It’s going to be a small gathering with close friends and family. I would be delighted if you could make it.
Among the guests expected are our mutual friends, Jack, Emily, and their partners. My cousins from out of town will also be joining us. It’s going to be a fun-filled evening with good food, music, and a lot of catching up to do.
To reach my place, take the highway and exit at Main Street. After the third traffic signal, turn right onto Oak Avenue. My apartment is in the second building on the left, number 27B. There’s a parking lot behind the building.
Let me know if you can make it. I’m looking forward to seeing you after so long.
Best regards,
Terry Jameson
