You and your family are planning to spend a weekend at a seaside hotel.

Write a letter to the hotel for making the arrangement.

In your letter say,

when you will be arriving and leaving

what type of rooms you would like and ask how much the weekend will cost

inquire about activities and places of interest near the hotel

Sample Answer

Dear sir/mam,
I am writing to let you know of our plans to stay at your hotel from February 24 to February 26, 2022. I, along with six of my family members, would like you to kindly make some arrangements for our visit and would like to book three rooms in advance.

We would like to book three sea-facing rooms preferably on the same floor. Please be very particular about the rooms being well-lit and aptly ventilated with enough windows for the outside view. Also, kindly let us know if you have a spa facility at your hotel with a properly functioning jacuzzi bath. It will be great if you send us the rough estimate to stay for the aforementioned dates, including food and subsidiary services.

Also, please let us know if there are any interesting tourist spots near your hotel that you think would be worth visiting. Looking forward to hearing from you.
