I am writing this letter to bring to notice an unfortunate event related to my latest order from your company. I am extremely dismayed at the quality of the product I got as opposed to the reviews. I am optimistic that you will take necessary action to rectify this situation related to the item that I ordered.
Speaking of which, the ‘boat headsets’ that I purchased from you is entirely non-functional from the moment it got delivered, i.e. February 20, 2022. It is a bluetooth headset and it keeps on turning off each time I turn it on. I had charged it many times before using it. However, the situation wasn’t helped even then.
I am really hoping that you would either replace it or aid me in returning the item with a 100% refund as I have been your loyal customer for a long time now.
