I am writing this letter to let you know of the displeasing experience that I had while I came to your restaurant “Sumptuous Dine”, last evening. I came there along with my family only to have found the awful service and detestable taste of the food which was served.
Yesterday was my birthday, for which, my family and I decided to go to an acclaimed eatery in the city, your restaurant. However, our plans and happiness went down the drain. We ordered our favorite dishes on the menu card to find a fly in our soup and rotten salads with a stench. Moreover, the curry we ordered was not cooked properly, which led all of us to move out of the place and that’s how your restaurant acted as a wet blanket for us.
Kindly ensure hygiene and quality of the place, which was starkly contrary to your reviews. Also, please employ hospitable staff.
