Sample Answer 1
We experience different types of weather in the span of a whole year. A season is a particular period of time when a certain kind of weather is dominant in a region. The five seasons include Summer, Monsoon, Autumn, Winter, and Spring. The time for which each season lasts varies from one year to another. Many people have their favourite season, and this may differ from person to person. As for me, I like the Monsoon season the most out of all the seasons. Although the monsoon season may not be everyone’s favourite, and some people might even be dismayed by the arrival of the monsoon season, certain characteristics make it my favourite.
In India, the arrival of the monsoon season is marked by heavy and regular rains. The weather experienced during this season may slightly change depending on the part of the country where a person is residing. However, some attributes of this season are common across the country during this time of the year. Although rainfall is experienced evenly throughout the season, the climate tends to be humid.
The monsoon season is totally different from the rest of the seasons in a year. During this time, rainfall is a common occurrence, whereas, during other seasons, it is an unexpected phenomenon. During this season, the water levels in lakes, ponds and rivers rise significantly, and the environment is fresher and greener than usual.
My favourite quality of the monsoon season is the cloudy weather and the mellow and idyllic ambience of a typical rainy day. The smell of fresh earth during rainfall is also an enjoyable attribute of the monsoon season.

Here is the sample for “Describe your Favourite Season” topic:
I like all seasons as they are necessary to keep our environment properly functioning. However, I am a bit biased towards the rainy season. One of the best things that I like during this season is that we can smell an earthy fragrance all around. Sometimes it showers thoroughly, and the other times it drizzles slowly.
Sure, there are plenty of people who don’t like this weather because of the nuisance it creates on the road. They get tired of the unwanted water block, leading to unnecessary traffic jams. But I simply love sitting on the balcony on a rainy day and sipping hot tea. On top of that, playing classic Bollywood songs adds more to the ecstasy of the weather’s enjoyment. Sometimes, I get successful at convincing mom to make snacks at home. Other times, I have to order from outside to satiate my cravings.
What makes it different from other seasons is that it is neither too cold nor too hot. The cool breeze takes away all of the exhaustion.
One of the reasons why I love this season so much is because I love listening to the sound of rain. It makes me sleep peacefully during tough days. Even when it doesn’t rain, I play rain and lightning sound on Alexa and have a deep slumber.

Sample Answer 3
In Canada, there are four seasons: spring, summer, fall, and Winter, and each season has its distinct flavors and characteristics. However, the weather varies in different parts of Canada. Here, I’d like to talk about “Winter,” which is undoubtedly my most favorite season. Winter in Canada runs from December to February. Temperature is typically around 10 to 15 degrees. However, it is bone-chilling when the wind blows. It’s a lot of fun to dress up during winters, such as a warm hat to cover the ears, warm mittens, two-layered thick coats, and boots with rubber soles to prevent slipping on the ice and snow. The winter season is entirely different from other seasons in Canada, as Winter is the holiday season. Most people enjoy their winter holidays by experiencing their best in winter sports like skiing, ice skating in the outdoors, snowboarding in the mountains, and many more. Even the bright sunny days in winters are often the coldest. Well, it’s my favorite season as we can enjoy some hot chocolate, curl up by the fire and get cozy or enjoy the beauty of the season by walking through the fresh magical snow-flake environment. In addition, there are plenty of other activities which can be done in winters both on and off the slopes, and to be honest, winters are one of the most amazing times of the year in Canada.
