Dear Anna,
I hope this letter finds you in good health. It was really joyful to see that you are planning to explore India and to spent quality time with me. I feel really sadden to let you know that I am on tight schedules during the month of July due to an upcoming workshop conducted by the Child’s Right Organization, for which I act as a volunteer.
The workshop runs from 5th of June until the end of the month and it mainly focuses on the mental growth developments in a child. As part of the program, I will be showcasing a presentation on the topic “Different techniques to keep kids engaged” on the last day of the event for which I need a detailed research and preparation.
I would be more than glad to welcome you anytime during August and we will have a great time together.
Eagerly looking forward to hear from you.
Best Regards,
Sajana

Dear John,

I hope you and everyone at home are doing well. Last week, I received your mail and was so happy to know that you are planning to visit me in America on the 4th of next month. I am so excited to meet you in person after so long.

I am really sorry but unfortunately, I will be travelling to another city on the 4th for my business meetings. I would have postponed the meeting had it not been with a strategic investor looking forward to invest considerably in my business. I hope you would understand that this meeting is a great opportunity for expansion of my business and I cannot afford to lose it given that my business is still at a very nascent stage.

I was glad to know from your mail that you will be around in the city for three to four days. So, why don’t we catch up on 5th morning instead of the 4th ? It would be fun to spend the entire day with you after so long. I am sure you would be excited for a game of chess at night since it’s been a while we have settled scores.

I couldn’t be more excited to meet you. See you soon !

Warm Regards,
Nikhil Punjabi
