Sample Answer
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about the flour kneader for my mixer that I purchased from your store last week. Initially, your technician set it up for me and it worked perfectly. But when I put the flour and added water into it, it produced a noise and stopped working. I connected the mixer in another power chord but it failed to work. When I added other addons to the mixer it worked fine. So it is clear that the problem is with the flour kneader.
I immediately called the customer service and they promised to send a technician in five days. To my ultimate dismay, the technician never turned up. After a long wait for five days, I called the customer service again. This time I got a harsh reply saying that they are not responsible for the functioning of the product, post purchasing.
I have a 2 year warranty for this flour kneader. So I would like you to replace it with a new working piece. I would appreciate your reply in this regard.
Yours sincerely
Dave
