Absolutely. But since the UK has a rainy climate, they aren’t as needed as in other places. Still, people like to wear them as a fashion statement or as an accessory to their outfit.
2 Do you like to wear sunglasses?
Why yes of course, especially when I feel that I look tired. Moreover, I like that they can tie a whole outfit together. Moreover, when I drive on sunny days, sunglasses are a must.
3 Do you often wear sunglasses?
Not too often actually because of the climate here. I’d say I have to wear them a couple times a month on the rare occasion that the sun comes out. As I mentioned before, I feel I need them most when I drive on sunny days or when I go on holiday to the beach.
4 Where do you buy sunglasses?
I tend not to splurge on sunglasses since I have the tendency to lose or break them, so I usually just buy knock-off brands from street vendors. I’ve bought and lost several pairs of knock-off Ray Bans which were just fine for me. I feel that the shape of them suits my round face shape.
5 Do you consider sunglasses to be a necessity?
Well yes, without a doubt. They are the only thing that prevents our eyes from receiving the entire UV rays by cutting down glare, especially while driving or travelling. Besides, they give a little extra to the personality of our appearances.

Oh yes, two or three times. The one that I remember the most was when I lost my most favourite pair at the time of my vacation in Goa. I was devastated because they looked so good on me.
7 When did the use of sunglasses become a routine for you?
I assume that I started wearing sunglasses when I was about 18 or 19. I was flying to the beach a lot during the summer break, and that was when I figured out how important they are to shield my eyes.
8 Has there ever been an instance when you gifted someone a pair of sunglasses?
Once I bought my friend a pair of sunglasses for her birthday because she has a thing for collecting them. She was over the moon since it was of her favorite style.
