In addition to that, a virtuous neighbour should be hospitable and welcoming in nature, whom we can turn to during harsh phases of life. Humanity lies in being humane and one of the most significant criteria of having humanity is to back one another in exigencies.
It is tried and tested as to our miseries and pains assuage just by sharing it with other people and one can’t always share the intricate details of a situation with the immediate family members, hence, good neighbours emerge as a silver lining in such cases.
