How much does the PTE exam cost?

Candidates are required to pay a certain amount to appear for the PTE exam. This amount is determined by various factors pertaining to the region where an individual is taking the PTE exam. For Indian candidates, the PTE exam fee is INR 14,700.

How can I pay PTE exam fees?

Candidates are required to book their slots, that is, the day on which they are willing to give the PTE exam beforehand. Candidates can pay the PTE exam fee through Debit/Credit cards, Netbanking and other online payment mediums. An extra charge is levied on the fee if the candidate registers themselves 48 hours before the preferred exam date.

Is the PTE fee test refundable?

Yes, the PTE examination fee is refundable if a candidate wishes to cancel their booked slot. The entire examination fee is refundable if a candidate cancels their PTE exam 14 working days or more before their exam date. However, only 50% of the test fee is refundable if the candidate cancels with 13 - 8 working days remaining till the exam date. No refunds are provided if a candidate cancels the test 7 full working days or less in advance.
