If used correctly, advertisements through the internet or media are efficient ways to increase a company’s sales figure, and I believe that it has a positive impact on the community.
Advertisements through media, be it through the internet or ads on television or paper, are most effective and act as an influence on the global market. This is because the majority of the population who have the ability to buy an advertised product are highly active on social media or regular TV watchers. To have a successful marketing campaign, the company has to relate to the viewers and touch on topics they feel most intrigued about the product. This paves the way for celebrity endorsement, a marketing strategy to use one or more celebrities for advertising a specific product or service, with the primary goal of reaching a greater audience represented by the celebrity’s fan base. For eg. CRED has been promoting attractive offers and schemes to its consumers and has been endorsed by Kapil Dev, Olympic Gold medalist Neeraj Chopra and many other celebrities.
