In the past, children used to enjoy their every moment than in the present because currently there is a burden of family and relatives. I believe, children should live there their life the way they want. I completely agree with this notion and the reasons for my agreement are discussed in the following paragraphs along with the examples.
To commence with, children in the present era are not many enthusiasts about their life because of many reasons. For instance, after completing schooling, parents start torching their child for choosing the field which they want and not allowing the individual to select the course of their likes.
Moreover, after parents and family, relatives are the worst nightmare for youngsters. They are the one who starts comparing their children with the outsiders, due to which under the pressure of such circumstances children decide to take erroneous steps such as suicide.
Furthermore, students in the past were more cheerful than the present one because back in the era, there were no such competitions about the marks or choosing fields for higher studies. There were many physical activities present in the past that allow the children to refresh their minds and no such pressure was there from their family whether what to choose and what to not. They can study according to their preferences also, there was easy-going life with no higher expectations for jobs or marriages.
To conclude, I believe pressurizing someone is not the correct way to make them understand the meaning of life and children have the growing mind which adapts the thing easily which may affect them later in their life. Parents should be supportive enough to motivate their children for their better development.
