Sample Answer 1 for Writing Task 1 Question – You are Organizing an Executive Event for the Company You Work for
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing on behalf of my company, Magna Enterprises, to enquire about the suitability of your venue for an upcoming executive event we are planning to host later this year. The event is expected to take place in the final week of September, and we would appreciate it if you could inform us of your availability during this period. Should these dates be unavailable, we would be open to considering alternative options within the same month.
In addition, I would be grateful for detailed information regarding the services you provide. Specifically, we would like to know whether you offer in-house catering, audio-visual equipment, conference seating arrangements, and on-site technical support. We have 50 guests on our list. So, information about parking facilities and nearby accommodation would also be helpful. Finally, could you please provide a breakdown of your pricing structure, including any corporate packages or customized options available for executive-level events?
I look forward to your response and would appreciate any brochures or further documentation you may have.
Yours faithfully,
Kiara

Sample Answer 3 for Writing Task 1 Question – You are Organizing an Executive Event for the Company You Work for
Dear Sir/Madam,
We are elated to tell you that we are organizing a corporate event ahead in the month of July and for which, we are considering your resort to be our event venue. You have been referred to us by the Xerxes group and we look forth to organizing the event in your resort.
Speaking of which, the event would be on July 22, 2022, and we would like to book your hall, which I believe is aptly spacious for the number of attendees. We have 45 people on our guest list. Hence would require a seating arrangement for them with a well-decorated table. For the food menu, kindly ensure the best of your Indian and Vietnamese dishes as some of our delegates are from Vietnam. Apart from that, an LED projector and 4 speakers are solicited.
Kindly let me know if the arrangements could be duly made along with the overall budget of the aforementioned requirements.
Yours sincerely,
Prakhar Panchbhaiya
