I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S27 from your mobile store two weeks ago and was extremely exulted with my new purchase. However, my happiness didn’t last for long as right from the second day, my phone has been turning off each time I switched it on. I am extremely remorseful for this purchase, and above that, your staff seems to have turned deaf to my complaints. I talked to one of your representatives last week, where he assured me of the resolution of the issue only to have switched his phone off post that.
