Sample Answer 1
Nowadays, keeping fit is everyone’s concern and I am no exception. Since I am a full time employee, I can’t make time to go to the gym as often as when I was a student.

- how often you do it
- how you do it (or, how easy or difficult it is to do) and explain how it helps to keep you fit.
So in order to stay fit, I registered for a hip hop class, which is held twice a week. – Unlike running on the treadmill, dancing is more fun. It helps me burn a lot of energy. In addition, it enhances my flexibility with a lot of stretching movements. Dancing also allows me to work on all the parts of my body. You might look at dancers and think that dancing is light and easy, but you are wrong. In order to be that flexible and light, dancers have to work on their core muscles to maintain their stamina. Dancing can help burn as many as 360 calories in just an hour of intensive training.
By maintaining a schedule of dancing twice a week, I successfully manage to stay fit. Not only that, dancing helps me relax after a busy day at work and my mind is always fresh and alert during and after the class.

An activity that I prefer to keep myself in good shape is running. Each morning, around 6 – 7 AM, I pull up my socks and wear my running shoes and get on the road. I am usually more partial towards the morning time than evening because, during this hour, the roads are almost empty. There is less traffic on the road, and I don’t have any high chances of bumping into other people either.
In my city, there is a walking track on the sides of the roads. I prefer running on these tracks. If not, I also visit a nearby park that has a long-running trail, approximately 1.5 km in length. Usually, on the weekdays, I go alone. However, on weekends, some of my friends join me as well. In the earlier days, running was quite a difficult activity. Since I was out of shape, I used to go out of breath quite soon. Now that it has been a while running, I find it relaxing.
- how you do it (or, how easy or difficult it is to do) and explain how it helps to keep you fit.
With running, we can relish an array of health benefits. It helps build muscles and strengthen the bones. Moreover, running for merely half an hour can change my mood as well, not to mention bringing my body into perfect shape. In addition to this, running also averts the chances of cardiovascular diseases while burning calories. This activity also keeps my weight balanced.
