- What is the job?
Nowadays, there are ample choices available in the market when it comes to career options. If I had to choose one particular job among many that I would not like to do, I suppose it would be a sales job. However, it seems like a simple job. It requires a lot of patience as it’s not easy to convince people to tell them what to buy and when to buy. No offense to the ones who work in the sales department, but I believe it’s the most challenging job because it involves a lot of pressure.
- Why you don’t want to do it?
- How you feel about the job?
Let me tell you, my experience when I work in the sales department for a company as an intern. Initially, I was very enthusiastic about calling people and selling them the products. Still, gradually I figured out that it was incredibly stressful and targeted orient and required a lot of networking which was not easy for me to do. These days, most people do their research online before purchasing anything, so it becomes extremely difficult to convince people to sell any product. I really appreciate the ones who work in the sales department. They have a lot of determination and patience towards their job. But I believe I don’t have much courage for a sales job in the future.
Sample Answer 2
As you might know – work is worship. And, I genuinely believe in this phrase. Considering that every type of work has equal importance, I don’t believe that there is any job that is too big or too small. Therefore, it is quite challenging for me to choose one profession that I don’t want to do. Indeed, there are plenty of employment opportunities in both the private and public sectors. This, often, fascinates me a lot.
- What is the job?
However, if I really had to choose one occupation that I don’t want to do, I would go with the job of an educator. There is no denying that it is one of the most honourable professions. Moreover, being a teacher is extremely demanding, challenging and full of responsibilities. In addition to this, it also needs a huge amount of holistic knowledge and patience. I believe these traits are not my cup of tea. Despite the low competition, the field definitely needs rich experience and expertise.
- Why you don’t want to do it?
- How you feel about the job?
Since my school days, I have been observing teachers closely. I must say that their behaviour and the way they handle all of the students – courteous and insolent alike – is commendable. It will not be an understatement if I say that behind every successful person is the determination and dedication of a teacher.
However, it is nothing but unfortunate that even with their endless hard work and effort, they don’t get an adequate amount of pay. And, this is another reason why I don’t want to do this job as I don’t want to live hand to mouth, irrespective of burning the candles at both ends.
