Describe an Interesting house or Apartment you Visited - Sample Answer 1
Recently, one of my friends bought a sea-facing apartment in one of the poshest areas in Mumbai. He invited some of his closest friends, including me, to the housewarming party and we were really overjoyed that he could pull such a feat.
When his parents passed away, he left his hometown with his wife and children to settle in Bandra. I was excited to find out that his housing complex was very close to Salman Khan and Sharukh Khan’s residence. He informed us that it had cost him a whopping amount of around 50 crores and he could afford it only because of his inheritance.
His wife, Maria, being a student of interior design, has given the apartment an amazing look. Spread across 4000 square feet, the apartment has a pristine touch with soothing color, minimalist furnishing in the drawing room and high-end furnishing and fittings in the remaining space. I loved the chandelier in the dining room as it created a royal atmosphere. My friend is also planning to build a jacuzzi in his washroom.
What enthralled me the most was the sea-facing veranda where Maria had created a cozy corner to spend some time in quiet contemplation listening to the roar of the waves. It can also be turned into a charming place for a close gathering of friends. After visiting this apartment, I have begun planning to buy an apartment that I can decorate according to my wish and make it a safe haven for me.

Describe an Interesting house or Apartment you Visited - Sample Answer 2
Everyone aims to live in a posh mansion or a luxury apartment in today’s contemporary world. However, only a few people live this dream, while others can only wish this fantasy to come true. As a result, here, I’d like to talk about an exciting house/ apartment that I’ve visited.
Recently, I, along with my family, visited Mumbai for a cousin’s wedding. We had to stay at my second cousin’s home, which is a 4 BHK residential apartment in a 25-story building. Spread over 10 acres, the apartment is located right on the stretch of Juhu beach, facing the Arabian sea. We could see the unmatched sea views from all the rooms. The glass building looked magnificent and shined brightly on the outer side when the sunbeams fell on it.
Some of the sought-after exterior attractions of this building are its complex amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, children’s play arena, ample parking space, banquet hall, gymnasium, ATMs, activity space for all age groups and a garden. In addition, each apartment in the building is fully furnished with high-end TVs, sound systems, a modular kitchen, leather sofas, dining tables, chandeliers, and king-sized double beds. Further, the interiors of each room have been designed with extreme care according to my cousin’s preference. I was in awe of the interiors and decors.
Large windows and balconies in each room offer unparalleled views of the blue sea, which made me feel like vacationing at the seaside. In addition, the waterside view with the traffic lights at night was stunning. To be honest, I loved every corner of this apartment as I’ve never seen such outstanding architectural beauty in my city.
Describe an Interesting house or Apartment you Visited - Sample Answer 3
One interesting house I visited was my cousin’s apartment in Dubai, where she has been living for the past five years. She lives there with her husband and their two children.
The apartment itself is located on a high floor of a modern skyscraper, offering a breathtaking view of the city skyline. From the outside, the building looks sleek and futuristic, with large glass panels reflecting sunlight beautifully. Inside, the apartment is spacious and elegantly furnished. The living room has a minimalist design with neutral colors, a large sofa, and a modern chandelier that adds a touch of luxury. The kitchen is open-plan and equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. There’s also a balcony with comfortable seating where you can enjoy the sunset.
I found this apartment particularly interesting because of the combination of modern architecture and comfort. It wasn’t just about aesthetics; the layout made the space feel very welcoming, and I could imagine living there comfortably. The attention to detail, like the artwork on the walls and the ambient lighting, really impressed me and made the visit memorable.
