Sample Answer 1
There are a bundle of online shopping sites, like Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio etc., and there are several ones focused on certain brands. For most of my online purchases, I go to Amazon as it has been a trusted online shopping portal with fast delivery and better packing. The things I bought via Amazon are numerous and I have also been a prime member of Amazon since 2019.
Coming to the website, it is rich in content. With a menu bar that opens, which covers almost the entire site, is a drawback that I find with the website. But taking into consideration the products they sell, that all can be put behind. The carousel on Amazon’s landing page makes people eager to purchase from the site. The products offered as part of lightning deal sales are a crowd puller and the main reason for this website’s huge traffic.
The Amazon website has many things which can be purchased, but Amazon trusted products have their own demand. Not all things purchased from this site can be as good as they can be seen on the product description page. I think the clothing section on the website can be improved by adding much more collections of apparel and brands.
After all, Amazon is a great site, needless to say, that has made its quality visible with the service they provide to its customers.

Nowadays, there is a multitude of websites for every service you need, from shopping to cleaning and from medical assistance to professional guidance. In most cases, this abundance can be pretty helpful, but sometimes, it causes confusion about which services to avail. Therefore, after thorough research, I have come up with a list of websites that I follow religiously. One of them is Grofers.
In my hometown, it was quite easy to find out healthy options of food items at reasonable prices. But, in a new place, especially in a city, it was becoming quite irksome for me to find out a place to shop. So, I chose Grofers for all my grocery shopping. Whenever I need it, I buy my required food items like daal, spices, beverages, chocolates, rice, flour, along with soaps, shampoos and similar goods.
To be honest, they stock the finest food products and offer them at quite reasonable costs. Additionally, their packaging is sturdy and resists wear and tear or keeps insects away. Therefore, I am quite happy with their services. During the pandemic, when I could not go out to buy vegetables and fruits, I was quite astounded to see that they had fresh and high-quality quality products, which were delivered to me in no time.
Well, as I have already mentioned that the standard of their products and delivery services are praiseworthy, I won’t say I dislike anything about them, but there are two things that they need to look upon. Firstly, they need to broaden their customer base. For example, their delivery and availability in rural or suburban areas are not up to the mark, which I hope they are working on. Secondly, sometimes, I cannot find certain items that I need for which I have to consult another similar store that I had to keep on my list for that reason. Keeping in mind the stupendous competition in the market, they need to come up with quick solutions.
