Sample Answer 1 on ‘You Work for an International Company’
Dear Mr. Kage,
I’m writing this letter to express my intent to work in North Carolina where our company is headquartered, for the coming six months from the first week of March till slightly over the first week of September.
As this is known to you that our company has recently brought the new project management software, Planisware, and for which, our employees in our home branch need to be trained for. As a senior project manager, it is incumbent upon me to know the minutest mechanism of this software that I can only learn at our head office. An exhaustive software training by some of the world-class trainers is scheduled in North Carolina, which I believe shall be astounding for the growth of our company. I’ve spoken with Germaine who agreed to manage my responsibilities, hence my absence wouldn’t jeopardize the organization in the interim.
Kindly acknowledge the mail as your ratification and arrange for my transfer.
Yours sincerely.

Sample Answer 2 on ‘You Work for an International Company’
Dear Mr. Matthews,
I want to express my interest in spending six months working at our company's head office in Vietnam. This seems to be great potential for both my self-growth and also for the company.
Out of all the company's branches, the Vietnam office would help me get a first-hand view of the company's processes and its global strategy. I can boost my contributions and draw parallels to the company’s best practices to eliminate waste and enhance overall efficiency. Additionally, I can build on the company's existing practices. The experience and knowledge I acquire can shape my future and support the company's endeavors.
As for my duties, I would be doing remote project management. I would do my best to make it not feel any different, using virtual meetings and emails. I would like to ease any concerns by making sure the tasks and projects would be managed efficiently.
Coordinating to get this finalized would be a great help. I would like to ease any inquiries by making sure the tasks and projects would be managed efficiently. Any support in the early stages of the project would be appreciated.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Yours Sincerely,
Sreenath Kamte
