Sample Essay
People in developing nations encounter enormous employment problems. Thousands of individuals are unemployed across the world, with a major number of young people. However, a good job that makes work more pleasurable for people is deficient. Employee happiness, which is critical for employees to be satisfied and produce their best work, is missing.
Primarily, a growing number of people dissatisfied with their jobs are hesitant to leave their employment because of difficulty in finding better job opportunities. This is the situation due to the enormous population. Also, because the economies of developing nations are weak, there are fewer possibilities for people to change occupations. As a result, the market for single choices is quite competitive. The employee feels compelled to work under challenging circumstances.
However, employee and corporate success are ensured if firms retain deserving individuals for long-term growth. Unless and until employees acquire a sense of connection and devotion to the firm, no amount of training or incentive will help. Employees would not be able to perform at their best if they spent half of their time cribbing about job pressure. Moreover, employees who are pleased with their jobs are less likely to engage in petty politics and have greater mental peace. In comparison to dissatisfied employees, satisfied employees are more likely to adjust and handle pressure with ease.
To summarise, job satisfaction has become an unattainable goal for many people. Companies should, however, provide a more pleasant working environment for employees, as employee happiness is critical to accomplishing organisational goals.
