Sample Answer 1 on ‘Reason for Hard Work is to Earn Money’
Many opine that the majority of the populace invest their time in hardships these days to make money and build better careers. I am in complete accord with the given statement, and this essay will shed light to support my opinion on the same in forthcoming paragraphs.
To begin with, with huge competition in each field, individuals need to earn necessities to run their lives smoothly. Hardships always pay off, giving extra monetary benefits to professionals in some instances. To illustrate, the regular work timings of an IT peer is stipulated to be eight hours per day. However, if work timings are extended to odd hours, it provides additional allowances, enabling employees to work for more extended timings happily. This has been proven true in one survey that almost 50% of workers opt to work odd hours apart from regular jobs to enjoy extra payables.
Secondly, to secure a future for children and even in the case of an emergency period, people like to deposit funds in their bank accounts for future consumption. It has been observed that middle-class fragments work diligently to provide quality education to their children and help them acquire their goals. Furthermore, saved earnings have always proven prominent in unfortunate needy circumstances.
Nevertheless, on the other side of the coin, some people believe in intelligent work instead of working under immense pressure. Their primary goal is to earn experience and accomplish specific goals ignoring financial pleasure. Henceforth, this entirely depends on indigenous needs and future endeavours to pick out their right directions.
In conclusion, undoubtedly, millennials around the globe tend to work round the clock to earn their piece of bread and survive in this ever-growing world. However, another section cannot be ignored for whom currency has no vital role in life. Albeit, in my opinion, the former view overweighs the latter statement’s benefits.

Sample Answer 2 on ‘Reason for Hard Work is to Earn Money’
In recent years, some people have this notion that they put effort into their occupation so that they can get a high social status with a lucrative money-earning capacity. I partially agree with this opinion and believe that it is just not about money due to which people work hard. In the following paragraphs, I will elaborate the major reasons regarding my viewpoint and offer a solid conclusion.
On the one hand, money is hard-earned by individuals to maintain a minimum standard of living. For example, people believe that the harder anyone works, the more money they would earn. This gives rise to many part-time as well as full-time jobs for individuals to support themselves for the future. Due to such opportunities, many college applicants start earning while they start their studies at the university. Therefore, most of them will have to work hard to have enough funds for the university. With this mindset, those children shall grow believing they also have to work hard when they grow up.
On the other hand, in today's world, a higher salary is no longer enough to fulfill the basic requirements of a human being, especially in terms of acquiring certain skills. To elaborate, one must either toil hard in their early years both academically and professionally so that they can focus on improving their specific skills. For instance, many freshers start their career where they usually get underpaid but they endeavour to get hands-on experience as well as upgrade their knowledge.
To conclude, working hard is intrinsic for an individual to support their lifestyle where they are either working at a very young age for the benefit of the future or having two or more jobs. However, skill development is another factor which has been bifurcated into people’s minds for which they tend to work hard.
