Sample Answer
Dear sir/mam,
I am writing this letter to bring an unfortunate event to your attention. I onboarded one of your planes from Zurich to London. Post deboarding the plane, I forgot to carry my luggage, which had some essential documents.
In relevance to the specifics, I boarded one of the planes of your airline from Zurich to London, and its number was VIN-13459024. I had a lot of luggage to carry, and I kept one of the bags, which is lost now, under my seat. It is a navy blue-coloured terracotta bag with a golden brooch. There are some essential documents in it. Hence, I would request you to understand the urgency and would humbly implore you to help me search for my bag.
In case you find my bag, I would request you to kindly call me on my contact number, (020)-1789675643. I can come to the London airport to collect the same.
Yours sincerely,
Prakhar Panchbhaiya
