It is better to wear shoes that have been worn in, rather than ones that are new.” From the aforementioned lines, we can infer that the warning has been made against new shoes. Besides that, If you need help along the route, please inform one of the marshals.” From the lines stated above we can deduce that marshals are going to help the participants on the route.
