Following this, the clay lumps are placed on a meta grid so as to break the massive chunks of clay into small areas, which fall through onto the roller from the metal grid. Further, its motion segregates the clay bits. After this step is completed, sand and water get added to make a homogenous mixture, which is afterward formed in molds or cut into pieces of brick-shape with a wire cutter.

In the subsequent step, several dozens of bricks are placed in a drying oven for the minimum time of 24 hours and a maximum of 48 hours. This is followed by the dried bricks being transferred to a kiln, which is another type of high temperature oven. Initially, bricks are kept at a moderate temperature of 200C – 1300C. Following this, the finished bricks are cooled for approximately 48 to 72 hours in a cooling chamber.
Finally, once cooled and turned hard, bricks are packaged and delivered to the destination, whether a storage unit or a building site.
