Nowadays, a lot of people are scared to leave their homes because of crime. Although some people think that a lot of measures can be considered to avoid criminal cases, others believe that few things can be done.

On the one hand, some people think that there are certain measures can be taken to avoid crime. Firstly, building more police stations could possibly prevent crime and I completely agree with this view. In other words, increasing the number of policemen and making them a part of community would probably bring about change in crime cases by ensuring safety of people. Moreover, focusing on young teenagers who have been dropped out of school in order to stop them from joining gangs or criminal groups would be a beneficial action to take.

On the other hand, it is often believed that there are few actions can be taken to prevent terrorism which is a potential threat to any country. It is evident that at the moment too many cases of terrorism appeared despite of the high level security measures taken. Recent incidents of bombing in Turkey and France is a good example this. Furthermore, invisibility and uncertainty of specific victim makes it very hard to identify the cases of terrorism and that remains to be the main international issue today.
In conclusion, while people may vary in their opinions, I believe that by increasing security and applying strategies of safety it is possible to avoid crime
